in the late winter of 2019 after months of a theater tour, we ended in Spain. I decided to return to Paris to visit Peter, who, after a fall, was recuperating at a medical clinic. As there was a massive transportation worker strike throughout france and spain, I decided to hitchhike. the 1000 km took 3 days, and 10 seperate rides. I traced the route by taking a portrait of each person who offered me a ride.
